1 pound 16-20 shrimp (this means 16-20 shrimp in a pound) peeled and de-veined
1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
1 tablespoon Worchester sauce
Salt and pepper
1 batch Herman T?s sauce
How you do it:
In a large bowl, season your shrimp with salt and pepper and old bay. Add your garlic, lemon juice, lime juice and Worchester sauce and mix together. Let shrimp marinate at least 30 minutes.
While marinating, make one batch of your Herman T?s sauce. Take ? cup of sauce and let cool down in fridge. Once cooled add to your shrimp.
Grill your shrimp on medium hi until the shrimp becomes pink, or you can bake the shrimp in the oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
